How to view your consumption details
In myPortal, you can easily view and analyze your phone usage, whether for mobile (SIM) or landline (IP) calls. Here’s how to access this information in just a few simple steps.
Accessing myPortal
- Open a browser and go to myportal.interfone.cc.
- Log in using your credentials. If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot password and follow the steps to reset it.
Viewing your usage
Once logged in, click the profile icon at the top right.
In the dropdown menu, you’ll be able to access your usage data.
- SIM usage: View your call, SMS, and mobile data usage for your mobile line.
- IP usage: Check your call history for landline communications to get a full overview of your business activity.

Additional options
- Download your data: To keep a record or analyze your usage, click on Export in the relevant section to download an Excel file.
- Analyze your information: Use filtering options to select a specific period or search by number to better understand and optimize your usage.
