How to view your invoices

In myPortal, you can access all your invoices: view them, download them, and track payment status. Here’s how to manage your billing documents easily.

Accessing Your Invoices

  1. Log in to myPortal: Go to myportal.interfone.cc with your credentials.
  2. Go to the "Invoices" section:
    • Click the profile icon at the top right.
    • Select Invoices from the dropdown menu.

Viewing the Invoice List

  • Invoice number
  • Billing date
  • Due date
  • Total amount
  • Remaining balance (if applicable)
  • Status: "Paid" or "Pending"

Downloading Invoices

  1. Download: Click the download icon to receive the PDF.
  2. Export history: Click Export to download all invoices in Excel.

Filtering and Searching Invoices

  1. Use the search bar to find by number or amount.
  2. Apply date filters to narrow by period.

Tracking Payment Status

  • Paid: Invoice has been settled.
  • Pending: Invoice is due – check the due date.
