Connection to the Control Panel

The Control Panel is the management interface for your Magic IP phone system that allows you to configure phone numbers, users, groups, schedules, etc. You can also manage your call flows. To access the Control Panel, you must be a Administrator user.

When your Interfone service is activated, you will receive your login credentials (username and password). The Control Panel allows you to manage multiple companies with the same login. The Account Name field lets you select your company. The Control Panel is available here: https://control.interfone.co/  or via your myPortal interface.

Here, you can log in by entering your professional email address, the password you created, and your company name. We recommend using Google Chrome to log in.

⚠️ If you are not an administrator, you will not be able to log in to the Control Panel and will be redirected to a blank page.

If you wish to request access to the Control Panel, please contact the administrators in your company. They can grant you access by changing your account type to Administrator.

The administrator will need to:
  1. Log in to the Control Panel
  2. Click on Users in the left navigation menu
  3. Search for and select the user whose permissions need to be updated
  4. Change User to Admin
  5. Click Save changes

💡 If you're having trouble accessing the Control Panel, make sure to clear your Google Chrome cache & cookies to avoid excessive cached data.

⚠️ Please note: The Control Panel is not designed for mobile use, and you may encounter limitations when accessing it from mobile devices.
