Our customer service team is here to assist you with your telecommunications and business solutions needs. Whether you have questions about your services, need help with setup, or wish to report an issue, several contact methods are available.
By phone
- From an Interfone device: Dial 666 to reach our support directly.
- From another phone: Call 02 880 16 66 to reach our team.
By email
- Send a message to helpdesk@interfone.be describing your request. An advisor will respond as soon as possible.
Via the client portal - myPortal
- Log in to myPortal to submit a support request through our ticket system. You can also track the status of your requests in real-time.
Customer service hours
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM - 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM
- 24/7 technical support: To ensure service continuity, technical support is available outside office hours only via the ticket system and in case of outages.
Note: These hours may vary during Belgian public holidays and vacation periods, with prior notice sent to clients.
Need an on-site intervention?
If your request requires a physical intervention, a certified technician can be dispatched. Please note that on-site interventions may be chargeable depending on the issue and your equipment warranty coverage.
